Evaluation of Development Effectiveness and Development Technology Policy Research of Chang 8 Reservoir in C335 Area of JY Oilfield

In view of the problems of difficult establishment of effective displacement system and poor effect of water drive in Chang 8 reservoir of C335 area of JY oilfield, the reservoir development effect was evaluated comprehensively by reservoir pressure change, water drive law and effect characteristics. On this basis, combining with reservoir engineering and numerical simulation, this article formulated reasonable exploitation policy. The optimum injection⁃production ratio was 2.0, the flow pressure was 6.0 MPa, and the production rate was 0.7%. Finally, by comparing and forecasting the three schemes, the comprehensive scheme was the best.

Catalytic Synthesis of 2⁃Phenylthioethanol under Mild Conditions

2⁃Phenylthioethanol was synthesized from thiophenol and ethylene carbonate using 1,5⁃diazabicyclo[4.3.0]non⁃5⁃ene (DBN) as a catalyst. The effects of catalyst type and amount, reaction time and temperature on the reaction were studied. The results showed that, the conversion of 2⁃phenylthioethanol can reach more than 90% when the reaction temperature is 50 ℃ and 100% conversion can be obtained when the reaction temperature is 90 ℃ using DBN as the catalyst, n(thiophenol)/n(DBN)=100, the reaction time 10 min. The selectivity of the catalyst of the synthetic route is 100% The paper discusses the reaction mechanism according to the theory of soft and hard acid and alkali.

Palladium⁃Catalyzed meta⁃Alkenylation of m⁃Methylphenylacetic Acid and Ibuprofen

The direct meta⁃C-H functionalization has proved to be more challenging due to the high energy transition state of marcrocyclic metallacycles which makes its formation extremely difficult. In this paper, the reaction of allyl acetic acid alkenylation based on pyrimidine template under palladium catalysis was studied. The reaction conditions were optimized, the influences of solvent effect, catalyst and oxidant type on the reaction were investigated, and the optimal reaction conditions were obtained. The experimental results show that the designed pyrimidine⁃directed aryl acetic acid C-H bond activation reaction can realize the meta⁃selective functionalization reaction of aryl acetic acid derivatives. A meta⁃alkenylation ibuprofen derivatives with potential drug activity can be constructedby using this strategy.

Effect of Magnetic Field on Heat Transfer Characteristics of Fe 3O 4⁃Water

The heat transfer effect of nanofluid in electric heater was studied. Fe3O4⁃water nanofluid was prepared by two⁃step method. The effect of Fe3O4⁃water nanofluid with various nanoparticle concentrations (mass fraction of 0.1%~2.0%) on heating efficiency of the electric heater with or without magnetic field was studied. Mechanism of enhanced heat transfer by Fe3O4⁃water nanofluids under a magnetic field was also discussed. Results show that the Fe3O4⁃water nanofluid with a mass fraction of 1.0% obtains 18.2% enhancement of heat transfer on environment temperature compares to without a magnetic field. The Fe3O4⁃water nanofluid with a mass fraction of 1.0% obtains 35.1% enhancement of heat transfer on environment temperature with an external magnetic field. This research provides an important reference for enhancements of natural convective heat transfer in nanofluid applications.

Epoxidation of Fatty Acid Methyl Esters Catalysis by Molybdenum Polyoxometalate

The epoxidized soybean oil methyl ester was prepared by a non⁃solvent method under a mild condition using molybdenum polyoxometalates as catalysts.The epoxy soybean oil methyl ester with an acid value of 0.58 mg (KOH)/g and an epoxy value of 3.73% could be obtained using a H2O2:C=C of substrate molar ratio of 1.5 with adding 1.5% catalyst [(C2H5)4N]4Mo8O26 when 20 g soybean oil methyl ester was epoxidized at 55 ℃ for 5.0 h. The method has the advantages that the catalyst is easy to be separated and the post⁃treatment is simple. Moreover, the product does not contain inorganic acid, which avoids the influence of inorganic acid on the analysis and treatment of product.

Design and Development of Industrial Process Control System Based on Wireless Network

In this paper, the wireless communication network is established based on wireless communication equipment based on wireless network control technology. The wireless process control strategy for tank and high temperature furnace are designed, and the predictive function control (PFC⁃PID) and generalized open⁃loop response (GORC⁃PID) strategies are proposed respectively. Based on the requirement of task, the configuration of software and hardware for wireless industrial process system is achieved. On basis of this, the modelling of dynamic mathematic model of system and engineering configuration are completed. Finally, the industrial process control system based on wireless network is developed with the water tank and high temperature heating furnace of the National Local Joint Engineering Laboratory of Petrochemical Process Operation Optimization and Energy Saving Technology as the experimental device and the configuration software of Microwave Command Guidance System (MCGS) as the development and verification platform. The control results show that the developed wireless industrial process control system can control the level of tank and temperature of high temperature furnace effectively. It can avoid the drawback of wired communication at the industrial filed and has a very high industrial value.

Preparation and Properties of Red Light⁃Responsive PSDM⁃MTPP Shape Memory Hydrogel

N,N'⁃methylenebisacrylamide (MBA) is used as a crosslinking agent, octadecyl acrylate (SA) is a hydrophobic monomer, and dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate (DMAEMA) is a hydrophilic monomer. Vinyl porphyrin (MTPP) is a photothermal monomer, and PSDM⁃MTPP shape memory hydrogel with red light responsiveness was successfully prepared by free radical copolymerization. The experimental results show that a low light intensity (<528 mW/cm2) and a short irradiation time can motivate the PSDM⁃MTPP hydrogel recover to original shape. Moreover, maintaining multiple intermediate states and regioselective responses. This shape memory gel with fast response, high recovery rate, remote control and spatial selectivity has potential application value in biomedical field. The obtained shape memory hydrogel with fast response, high recovery rate, remote control and spatial selectivity provided potential application in biomedical field.

Synthesis of Pt Loaded Li 2Co 2O 4 and Its Oxygen Evolution Performance

Hydrogen as a clean fuel will play a critical role in the future energy landscape. The hydrogen production reaction of electrolytic water only produces hydrogen and oxygen, which has the advantages of low cost, high efficiency, environmental friendliness and good safety. The oxygen evolution reaction is a key ratecontrolled reaction step in hydrogen production from electrolytic water. A simple Pt loaded Li 2Co 2O 4 synthesis method was introduced and its oxygen evolution performance was characterized. The effects of different Pt loading (mass fraction) on the electrocatalytic performance were compared, and the optimum Pt loading was obtained when the Pt loading was 5%. The structure of the material was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that a highly efficient catalyst capable of reducing the Pt consumption while maintaining the activity and durability of the catalyst is obtained.

Aza-Henry Reaction Induced by Photosensitizer under the Visible Light Conditions

3-Methoxythioxanthone was synthesized, and the structure is identified by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR and HRMS spectra. The UV-Vis absorption spectra of 3-Methoxythioxanthone shows that it absorbs near the purple light (380 nm) in the visible range and is a visible light photosensitizer. 3-Methoxythioxanthone was applied to the Aza-Henry reaction of 2-phenyl-1,2,3,4-Tetrahydroisoquinoline and Nitromethane. Under the irradiation of purple LED, the photosensitizer with a molar fraction of 5% allowed the reaction to be isolated in a yield of 84% within 6 h. According to the experimental results, the mechanism of photocatalytic reaction of AzaHenry was proposed. The photosensitizer could transfer energy to produce singlet oxygen under the illumination, and singlet oxygen promoted the Aza-Henry reaction.

Factors Decomposition of Industrial Carbon Emission and the  Analysis of Its Decoupling Efforts in Liaoning Province

Reducing energy-related carbon emissions while maintaining the industrial economic development was an inevitable choice for achieving sustainable development. Based on the extend Kaya identity and the logarithmic mean Divisia index method(LMDI), a decoupling efforts decomposition model was constructed, which were adopted to analyze energy structure, energy intensity, industrial structure and industrial output for industrial carbon emissions impact and their relative decoupling efforts. The results showed that industrial output factor played a promoting role in industrial carbon emissions, energy intensity factor and industrial structure factor had some inhibitory effect, and energy structure factor's role was very limited. 2002—2012, Liaoning province was in a weak decoupling effort period, and the efforts was not ideal. 2012—2014, Liaoning province was in a strong decoupling effort period, the effects was significant for reducing carbon emissions.

Near Infrared CO Spectra Acquisition and Modeling Method Research

        This article is about the study of portable fiber optic spectrometer CO detection technology. The detection system were built by used small optical fiber spectrometer as the core ,and the spectrum signal used wavelet transform to preprocess. Processed CO spectral feature extraction based on the information using a gaussian fitting method and CO in the characterization of eigenvalues are obtained by fitting the spectral information, finally a precise mathematical model were established by using partial least squares method and principal component analysis (PCA) . The method can fast and extractly characterize information from spectral signal and build the CO detection model .

Preparation of Supported Perrhenate Ionic Liquids

Ionic liquid (IL) is a type of molten salt at room temperature which are composed of anions and cations. It is a novel kind of green solvent and catalyst with excellent performance. However, it is 1imited to be widely used in different fields because of high price, large dosage, inconvenient separation. One of the effective approaches is to immobilize the ionic liquid on inorganic or organic solid material. Supported perrhenate ionic liquid was prepared using MCM-41 zeolites as carrier by chemical method in this paper. The supported ionic liquid was characterized and analyzed by FT-IR, TG, XRD and nitrogen adsorption desorption. The results showed that the ionic liquid was successfully bonded to the surface of MCM-41, and the decomposition temperature of the supported ionic liquid was between 280~680 ℃. Although the pore size and specific surface area of MCM-41 decreased after loading IL, its bulk structure was not damaged.

Research on the Impact of Ligand on the Stability of Nickelalactones

A nickelalactone with bisnitrogen ligand was synthesized from tmeda, Ni(COD)2and succinic anhydride. Then nickelalatone with bisphosphine ligand was synthesized through ligand exchange method. The impact of ligand on nikelalactone was tested. The synthesized products were characterized by 1H NMR, IR, Xray and 31P NMR. The results showed that the length of carbon chain in bidentate ligand had an effect on nickelalactone. Reactions of bisphosphines (where n=2) resulted in the formation of nickelalatone with bisphosphine ligand. While the homologous phosphines (where n=3,4) gave nickelalactones with didentate ligand.

A New Method to Establish the Electric Principle Graphics Libraries Based on AutoCAD

The secondary development functional the electric principle graphics libraries is established in AutoCAD. A new method named "invisible boundary" is proposed to draw the electrical graphic symbols. The method has efficiently solved "interruption issue" problem occurred in the middle of reinserting electrical circuit drawing symbols. By utilizing this new type of database, the procedure of discontinuing conducting wire can be avoided, which is beneficial to symbols reediting and also improves drafting efficiency.

Several Simulation Studies Comparing Aerial Pipeline Insulation Materials

Based on the heat loss occurred when a pipeline to transport hightemperature steam vapor overhead, it is established physical and mathematical models of steam pipeline,and compared to the three commonly used insulation materials of overhead pipeline. Research results showed that the application results of nano airgel composite reflective insulation was the best. The different steam temperatures of the temperature field of pipeline and insulation layer in, different diameter and different insulation thickness distribution were simulated. By analyzing the temperature field indicated that changing the diameter effected the heat loss of overhead vapor line greatly. When the diameter changed from 126 mm to 132 mm unit length, the heat loss increased 10.702 62 kJ/(h •m).

Sulfides Oxidation Catalyzed by Brnsted Acidic Organic Perrhenates

A series of novel Brnsted acidic organic perrhenates were applied as catalysts for sulfide oxidations using 30% H2O2 as oxidant. The structures and thermal stability data of the catalysts were characterized by FT-IR, NMR and TGA. Meanwhile, the effect of various solvents, the dosage of H2O2 and catalyst, temperature and the reaction time on the catalytic performance was studied in details. The results indicate that the selectivity and yield of sulfoxide can reach up to 95% under the optimal conditions, in which the dosage of catalyst is 0.03 mol, the dosage of H2O2 is 2.4 mmol, 40 ℃ and 90 min.

Study on the Reaction of Aromatic Ketones Removal Benzoyl

It is reported herein a novel debenzoylation of diaryl ketones. The effect of the additives, catalysts, and temperature were studied carefully. The results indicate that the yield of this transformation can reach up to 72% under the standard conditions n(ptoluenesulfonic acid)n (starting material)=1100, n(ethylene glycol)n(starting material) =31, toluene, 80 h under reflux. This reaction provides a new method for the debenzoylation of diaryl ketones.

Application of Novel Demulsifiers to HighParaffinicContent Crude Oil

The demulsification of high paraffinic content crude oil from the South Sea were explored by 3 kinds of different molecule weight nitrogenous polyether demulsifiers (PRO7501X,X=A,B or C) with a traditional bottle test. The influences of types, concentration and molecule weight of the demulsifiers on demulsification properties were discussed in detail. Through on-site pilot and dosing point transformation, the actual dehydrated water purification ability of demulsifier PRO7501B in the scene actual was investigated. Experimental results show that PRO7501X performed higher interface activity than the field usage demulsifier under the action of 10 min. In the experimental range, the demulsification ability was closely related to the molecule weight of demulsifier. The Dehydration rate was improved with the increase of demulsifiers concentration, and tends to be stable at the demulsifiers concentration of 15 mg/L. After the onsite pilot, PRO7501B can decrease the water percent in oil of separator PV103 from the initial 11.0%~15% to 0.2%~1.0% and decrease the oil content in water phase from 30~35 mg/L to below 3 mg/L, which can basically resolve the problem of the oil film in the sea.

Laboratory Study of the Composite OilWell Cement Early Strength Agent LL

A chlorinefree composite as oilwell cement early strength agent named LL was developed. Combining organic acids A, alcohol amines B and nitrate compound C in a certain ratio, the compressive of cement stone in 6 h as the strength examining index can be designed in optimization test using the orthogonal method. The optimum formula determined by orthogonal was as follows: the weight of organic acids D is 1.0% based on cement,the weight of alcohols amines E is 0.04%,the weight of nitrates F is 4%. Under the optimum proportion, and the performance test of early strength agent LL was carried out after its addition of 2.5% in the cement. The ratio of the thickening time of early strength agent LL slurry to cement slurry is 0.436 less than 0.5, and the compressive strength of cement stone 6 h (39 ℃ and atmospheric pressure) is 11.0 MPa more than 4.0 MPa, they are all meeting the requirement of early strength agent industry standard SY/T5504.4—2008. And it has a good compatibility with the homemade retarders MAM, dispersants FASA and fluid loss AS.

Catalytic Synthesis of Butyl Oleate by Using Stannum Silicotungstat

The catalyst stannum silicotungstat was prepared and characterized, then the esterification of nbutanol and oleic acid was studied. The effect of molar ratio of acid to alcohol, the amount of catalysts, reaction time and reaction temperature were investigated. Under the optimum conditions, the conversion ratio of oleic acid is 90.4%.

The Rapid Testing Method of Methanol in Gasoline

This research affords a new method to test the content of methanol in the gasoline, and a special portable instrument was developed according to this method. The disturbance caused by the existence of hydrocarbons and ethers in gasoline was excluded by extraction, and the alcohol was selective oxidized to aldehyde over catalyst A, and the presence of other alcohol can be neglected by selecting suitable color developing agent. The methanol content in 10 different kinds of gasoline samples (including samples of five Ethanol gasolines and of five unleaded gasoline) has been tested by this special instrument. According to the experimental data with GC and this method, the testing speed, selectivity and reliability of the method has been investigated, and the results shows that good reproducibility and accuracy of this method has been demonstrated as compared with those of other rapid test methods.

Electronic Commerce Personalized Recommendation System Applied

Based on the traditional electronic commerce recommendation system, these technology means such as distributed computing, publish/subscribe based on the semantic,and ontology were introduced. The personalized electronic commerce recommendation model architecture was designed. The film areas ontology was constructed, which was implemented by Protégé 3.3.1 ontology model tool. The architecture core algorithms were described in detail, which are the clustering algorithm of users characteristics and the match algorithm of publish/subscribe based on the semantic. The experimental results show that the personalized recommendation system based on publish/subscribe has a good recommendation accuracy.

Catalytic Synthesis of Butyl Acetate by Bismuth Phosphotungstate

The catalyst bismuth phosphotungstate was prepared and characterized by XRD and TGA, then its catalytic performance was evaluated with the esterification of n-butanol and acetic acid. The effect of different phosphotungstates, molar ratio of acid to alcohol, the catalyst amount and reaction time on catalytic performance were investigated. The experiment results show that the yield of esterification can reach 92.4% under the following conditions: molar ratio of acid to alcohol 1∶1.5, catalysts amount 8wt% (based on acetic acid), reaction time 45 min under reflux.

Spherical tank is more important equipment for stored or packing of gases, liquids and other media of the petrochemical. Its reliability is an important index for security. The concept of reliability analysis was explained. By using finite element software, the reliability of spherical tank and parameter sensitivity was analyzed and evaluated. Parameters' reliability and sensitivity can visually reflects influence of normal distribution design parameters on the reliability and provide scientific reference for reliability design of spherical strength.

In the production of hazardous chemicals present through the use or process of enterprises and institutions to investigate, determined the focus of prevention in Fushun City, and established a spatial database of dangerous goods and hazardous source spatial database. The environmental mathematical model was integrated into the geographic information systems, the use of geographic information system software MapObject and programming software Visual Basic 6.0, established Fushun unexpected environmental pollution emergency information. The system can simulate the migration of pollution diffusion process group to predict pollutant concentration and time of arrival, location in the event of accident quickly and easily in the event of accident, warning information timely in order to start the plan, prevent and mitigate the losses caused by pollution.

Fuzzy Evaluation in Basic Events' Probability of Fault Tree Analysis of Assessment of the Tank Farm

There are many methods in safety assessment of the tank farm. Because the elements of the accident are always uncertainty, the traditional safety assessments have the limits by themselves. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is a way to fuzzy and quantifys the uncertainty of dangerous elements. This method is always used in safety assessment through the way of rating by experts and security level can be observed. And fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is already used in the safety assessment of a system, and it is a simple way to assess. The fault tree analysis is a method of analysis in quantization. It exists a problem in getting the date of basic events' probability, because of lacking enough statistical data. According to the fuzzy evaluation,the basic events' probability can be certain. Those data can be used in practical calculation. And this method is effective and useful in assessment.

Preparation and Adsorption Performance of q-CS/TEOS Hybrid Membranes

A series of hybrid membranes composed of quaternized chitosan (q-CS) and tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) were prepared by sol-gel method,taking q-CS and the TEOS as organic and inorganic component respectively. The structure of the hybrid membranes was investigated by FT-IR. The adsorption performance of the membranes for Cr(Ⅵ) ions from aqueous solution was also studied. The effect of adsorption time, the pH value of solution and temperature of the adsorption on adsorption results were studied and show that the suitable membrane is composed of 38wt% TEOS, and the optimum adsorption conditions were carried out at 35 ℃ for 180 minutes with pH value of 5.0~8.0.

Effects of Ni Loaded Catalyst With Varying Molar Ratio of Si to Al on the Catalytic Cracking of Mixed Waste Plastic

Three Ni/SiO 2-γ-Al 2O 3 catalysts with varying molar ratios of Si to Al were prepared by incipient wetness impregnation. The acid property and crystalline phase of these catalysts were characterized by FT-IR of adsorbed pyridine and XRD, respectively. The activities of the above catalysts were also investigated by the catalytic cracking experiment of mixed plastic. With decreasing of molar ratio of Si to Al, the total acid amounts of catalyst were increased, which induce gas and carbon yield increased and yield decreased. However, excess acid amount caused deep cracking, and then the gasoline fraction yield decreased. The 2 # catalyst of all the acid catalysts prepared is the best in this work and exhibits a very high catalytic activity (the gasoline fraction yield exceeds to 40%) on the catalytic cracking process.The gasoline compositions in the products of catalytic cracking were characterized by gas chromatograph. The results show that the acid property of the catalyst can be improved by modulating the molar ratio of Si to Al, and therefore the selectivity of the catalyst can be changed to get more gasoline fraction with high octane number.

Backed by the actual project, it was expounded that the implementation of C/S multiple architecture based on Web Services. At last, the key technology of Web Services was discussed in details in the ship scheduling system. Currently, the system has been deployed and is running well in Zhoushan Port.

Ansys Analysis of Rubber O-Sealing Ring

By utilizing finite element analysis software ANSYS, a finite element model for rubber O-sealing ring and its boundry was set up.The change of shape and stress distribution under different oil pressure and initial compressibility was analyzed, and the relations between maximum contact stress, oil pressure and initial compressibility was deduced. Then the position of possible crack was described , which is a theoretical basis for reasonable installation and use.
